Helpful Team, Will Be Back!
I purchased a Bailey ranger couple of months ago they delivered it for us to site, I noticed a slight problem after couple of days nothing major but it needed sorting phoned Jason straight away he was on it after couple of weeks he came and collected the van did the repair and brought the van back to us no charge, just want to say thanks Jason and the team we love the van and thanks for all your help if we ever decide to up grade we will definitely be back to you thank you again.

Bought a lovely caravan from here, Jason is a really nice guy and not pushy at all and very helpful. Unfortunately, we had a couple of problems with our caravan, but Jason ordered the new parts swiftly and also paid for the work to be done.

Brilliant people to talk to and no pressure, showed us around let us view and check out every caravan we looked at, even showed us the workshop where any repairs required before or after sale, the guys in there are very knowledgeable and take pride in their work, we had a good look and we're happy to recommend them, we choose a van that was a bit more than we had bargained for but it was so good we just had to go for it, after talking with the sales team we struck a deal, very happy with the outcome if you're in the market for a new to you caravan these are the people you need to see.

Impressive
Recently purchased our 2019 Elddis, we were impressed with the van and the service we received from the Caravan Warehouse. Had a minor issue with the microwave, which was sorted out immediately to our satisfaction. Would recommend without reservation.

A great company, I would definitely recommend using caravan warehouse Wigan if you’re purchasing a caravan. We recently bought our first one and have had amazing service throughout the buying process and aftercare. We received a free starter pack to help us get set up which has proved extremely useful.. Anthony and Jason are extremely helpful and can’t do enough for you.
Honest, Helpful & Informative
Great experience had, honest, helpful and informative, did not try any pushy sales. As we are new caravanners and didn't have any gear they have given us a starter pack free of charge with our caravan. The caravan itself was well presented. Jason (the saleman) we dealt with was brilliant. Really pleasant experience buying a van from these guys

Great service, no pushy salesperson. Jason asked our budget & layout required, pointed the caravans out and then left us to look around. Ended up buying a bigger van. Lots of extras given in the starter pack too.

Exemplary Customer Service
Collected our Lunar Quasar today from Chris. Handover completed by Anthony. What can I say both of these gentlemen are a credit to the business. Nothing was to much trouble from the day we viewed the caravan till pick up. Customer service is exemplary. Van is beautiful and will buy all future vans from them. Cannot recommend enough.

We bought a Bailey Unicorn from Jason at Caravan Warehouse. The whole team were very helpful and guided us all the way. Absolutely thrilled with our caravan. Only one place we will be going if we upgrade in a few years.

Brought our caravan 2 months ago and what can I say it was our first caravan and we where made to feel very welcome answered all are questions staff where very helpful and friendly couldn’t do enough for you even after we collected the caravan phoned to check everything was ok we Absolutely love our caravan thank you for helping us find the perfect one, can’t recommend this company enough.
Excellent, Went Above & Beyond
A fantastic friendly service from start to finish. We weren't hassled or pressed by anyone at the shop, they gave us plenty of information with no hard sale. We went a couple of times before purchasing our caravan. All staff went above and beyond to help us they couldn't do enough, thank you for everything. We can't wait now just to enjoy our new caravan.

I visited Jason today looking to buy a caravan. Very good service. Told me things that other dealers had not told me. It was proven as I checked once home. I would highly recommend this guy. We have recently bought a caravan from here. Jason his Dad and all the team were very helpful. They were not pushy salesmen and happy to answer any questions. We had a problem with the caravan once we got it home, we contacted Jason and without question asked us to returned the caravan and true to his word the work was carried out whilst we waited.
